Hi. I too am monitoring this story and would like to help Josh out. Because the details of Bill's death are not out yet, no one wants to host a fund. I have talked to the school where he worked and left a message for his supervisor. Your best contact would probably be Jason Riley at 502-582-4727. He is a reporter that did a recent story on Josh. I know of someone who sent money directly to Josh, but I cannot verify an address. You can probably find Bill's address in London, KY pretty easily.
